Our approach entails creating a customized full arch prosthetic that fits your oral dimensions. To do this, any remaining teeth you have will be removed. You will need to book a consultation with Dr. Quintero so he can understand the details of your oral health and see if your gums and tissues are strong enough to undergo this procedure.
What You Can Expect at Quintero Periodontics
When you book a session with Dr. Quintero to discuss our Smile in a Day treatment near you, you can expect a thorough consultation; all your preferences, needs, and goals will be carefully considered. Upon approval, Dr. Quintero will collaborate with your general dentist or your periodontist in Dacula to ensure that your new smile satisfies all your desires and lasts for years to come.
We will schedule your procedure on a day that works with your personal and professional schedule. Sedation dentistry is provided to keep you relaxed while Dr. Quintero performs the extractions and subsequent placement of the implants. 4-6 titanium implants will be installed into your lower, upper, or both arches. A temporary prosthetic is provided to protect the implants while your mouth heals.
Dr. Quintero will monitor your progress and recovery over the next few months via routine check-ups to make certain that everything is going smoothly. After your mouth is fully healed, which can take up to 6 months, your temporary teeth will be replaced with a permanent prosthetic.
